By accessing or using OnThreads ("the Service", "we", "us"), available at onthreads.lol and through our Telegram notifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

OnThreads monitors publicly available posts on Threads written in Bahasa Indonesia and identifies posts from people looking to hire freelancers for social media, design, website, and photography work. We deliver summaries and links to these public posts to subscribers via Telegram approximately once every hour.

The Service is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Threads, or Telegram.

You must be at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using OnThreads you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish the notifications or data as your own commercial product without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or otherwise abuse the individuals whose posts we surface.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

The leads we share originate from public posts created by third parties on Threads. We do not verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or intentions of any post or poster. Any interaction, agreement, or transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party. OnThreads is not a party to and bears no responsibility for those interactions.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular lead will result in paid work. Delivery timing, coverage, and availability may change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnThreads and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing from our Telegram notifications.
